What I have found is that teams will have down seasons and up seasons. Then there is the browns. But who knows, maybe there will be a time again when they have a winning season. Just which universe in the Multiverse they exist in is another question. {.}

I foresee some years of average with my Steelers after Ben retires.

Really people? Not only are we missing one of our founding league players (Sgt. Jr) but we have only a single site newbie interested in playing? Clock is running down fast to pull this thing together. We need a couple more players. Anyone interested?
 
My little DevilDog is on board. Called him this weekend to confirm. David, Emilio and Mark are the missing parties. We have one guy (Chaser..sorry don't know your name yet) to fill a slot. Tim your daughter is more than welcome which would leave us a single empty seat. I can fill if necessary but as usual wanted to try and keep it to Fixers.

Never ceases to amaze me how despite the volume of active membership we struggle every year to fill our league. Number one sport in our country, fantasy sports being beyond huge, the Fix is practically all male (traditional NFL fan base), we have active members from coast to coast covering all 32 NFL fan bases and we can't get 10 guys interested despite players posting about it being fun, etc. Hell, we have guys who post on our fantasy threads all season long who could with less effort actually participate but refuse to try. Don't get it.

Come on. One more. Anybody? hello???
 
Going once, going twice, going three times, going four times, going five times, going six times, going .......... What a sad commentary on the world we live in. Thankfully a few of us know how to have a little fun and escape the day to day grind. Shut 'er down Comish and bring on the replacements. They know not for which they do.
 
I have a job. One that takes up way too much time. I will get the league set up before I hit the road this weekend for work. Yeah. Like I said, I work too much.

Don't fret. The league will be all good to go in time for everyone to sign up and attend the draft Sept 2 @ 1:00 pm CST.
 
Unfortunately, it's the only weekend available at this point before the season starts with any time for notice. Given everyone's work schedules and time zones it has to be on a weekend. It only takes an hour or so. If you can't make it the site will autodraft for you. In that case it fills your roster up with the best available players at each pick. We have had many teams assembled this way and honestly it does a good job. Probably better than some managers would do so nothing is lost. By mid-season rosters are never what they were at the draft.
 
Well, at least if I use autodraft I can blame that for my shitty score each week...lol. I will do my best to make the draft, certain players I want.
