Just got a call from the engine shop that stroked the 289 to 347. They want the '66 in their booth at Homestead Speedway this Saturday. Any of you guys get sponsored? And, what perks did you receive? Over the phone, I only heard free admission...

I've never been sponsored by any company etc but I have had show giving clubs pay travel expense and a bit more for me to bring my car to a distant show. I suspect it's on individual negotiations.................. Just throw some idea's off the wall and see what sticks.

Here are some shots of the event... I didn't get any strippers or the free admission, but they did help find some problems with the carburetor, so I can call it an even trade.

:wtf is that thing next to your car, a transformer? Your car looks great BTW

Miami is filled with big body cars from the hip hop, rap, reggae-ton crowd with dubbed wheels, chromed, candy paint, sound system bass... the only thing I'm jealous of is the spacious interiors of those rides...

I'm pretty much vintage bling! :lol

Is there something grossly out of whack with the alignment of your front grille/racing apron? It appears that there is a much larger gap on the drivers side when compared to the passenger side. It could just be the camera angle, but it looks weird.....

Yeah, when i had the front bumper, I hit a trailer hitch on back of a truck going ~5mph... pushed in the bumper into the stone guard and valance. I haven't fixed that area yet. Very good eye!
