I have stuff like that too. I call it my wall of shame
 
My garage art is my 'wall of shame' blown up C-4 trans, pistons from my Focus that tried to escape out of the engine, tail lights from a 67 Tbird I totally destroyed in 2 demolition derbies, saw blade from my table saw that almost cut off the last segment of my right pinkie finger. Hood from my Mustang that flew off while I was on the way to the grocery store, Corvair starter that fell n hit me on the head while I was removing it.

I know I am not alone in these unfortunate events, but I thought I'd share, and in spite of them all, I am still alive and to me, that tells me the Big Guy upstairs is watching over us
