Hi,

Finally got some pics etc with my car.

I've been super busy with work and trying to find time for my Mustang...

I've basically stripped it all down inside, and now I'm working on getting all the running gear out so I can send it off to the Blasters...

The car has had the 2 rear floor sections done already, but that looks like it was the only rust in this thing, there is some very light surface rust around the back window, but blasting will get that... check out the vids

Shes a beauty

Can't wait

I've also still been collecting parts, mostly NOS parts...etc

Hi,

I got myself an Engine Lift today from Supercheap, it was on special for Easter, so I thought it was a great time to buy it, plus I have the week off so it was perfect timing to rip the engine out.

Firstly, obviously, I put the lift together and then I put some music on. I listen to vinyl, so I put some Opeth on, infact I saw them last Friday night at The Enmore Theatre in Sydney, they were awesome, heavy and super loud.

After that, after a few beers, I put Pantera on...These guys rev me up...

I started by removing the engine mounts and dropped the tranny cross-member and basically I was ready to go.

It was going ok, until I decided to film it live and then I only had one hand lol...There is some footage on youtube I've uploaded, please check it out!!!

Since your "story" has turned more into your build thread, you may want to consider asking a moderator to move it into the member's build threads. Right now you're staying buried in a sub-thread. Just a thought!

I'm going to strip all the front suspension next, and steering, after a good degreasing of the engine bay. There is some heavy build up around the Power Steering unit etc.

Opentracker. Uca's, Lca's, Roller perches. GT350 1" lowered springs, spring pads, 1" front sway bar and an upper arm drop template for the Shelby drop...

Rubber kit, spare blinker wiring, bumper over-riders, Stainless Steel pin kit...
