How NOT to park at the next car show....

don't show that to my wife! she has these strange premonitions that something like that is going to happen every time we drive the Mustang to a show in a parking lot.

Yeah I noticed that as well.

One of my best friends in high school was Filipino. I made the mistake of riding in the car with his mom driving one time...did I mention only one time?

Out of all the crazy bleep we did in those days in cars, on bikes, on skateboards, etc, etc when we were young and going to live forever I have never been so white knuckle scared in my life as that one short ride with her driving. Pretty sure I got out and kissed the ground when we reached where we were going, LOL!

Rather than racist although there are plenty in the world.....I attribute such comments concerning certain peoples and cars/driving to be a social thing. Meaning we here in the US have grown up with the automobile for about four generations now. As children we are indoctrinated on how to act around cars and absorbed as we grow the etiquette of driving (not that we all learn correctly :steer) so when we do become drivers it is almost a innate sense. Other people from around the world when they are thrown into a car culture as is ours it is not as instinctive. Their background is of walking or bicycle transportation. The auto although it can easily be driven takes much more thought to be mastered which I think was the problem here.

We're all comedians [nb]to clarify...wannabes[/nb] at heart and like taking shots at everyone!

Or maybe it's just a simple fact of life that Asian women can't drive for shart...

Even my Filipino friend posted something recently on his Facebook about Asian women not being able to drive when one of them came close to running into him.

Remind me to never get T-Boned at an intersection while riding shotgun in a 67 Pontiac any mid 60's pillarless coupe. That's a lot of destruction right there...
