I call bs on this one - boys' fun run cancelled

Well what do you know....
Just got a call from the school and the fun run is now back on for tomorrow. The PE teacher said the boys were in the top five at their school and wanted to make sure they could be there.
Apparently, someone went back and re-read the UIL rule, at least that's the district's story. Loosely translated it probably means the district was tired of parents calling, e-mailing, etc and taking a piece out of their asses.

Boys ran their race yesterday...perfect weather for it since it was about 75 degrees and sunny.
They came in 16 (Jeff @ 6:46 mile time) and 30 (Ben @ 7:16 mile time). Their buddy from school came in 25th.
I figured those were pretty good places since there were around 100 kids running in the race.
My two actually ran the race at 4 p.m. and then rushed home to grab a fast snack and change then headed to baseball practice at 6 p.m. They wear me out some days, LOL!
