I was going through Craigslist just for fun to look at what classics are for sale(I'm not in the market for anything). I can just about estimate in my head, the time, the money, the parts(factory or restomoding), and the labor, and just what it takes just to put a Mustang back on the road! Even though my stang is not yet road worthy, I think I've passed Mustang 1101 and can carry on a good conversation about restoration and mods. The stang in Craiglist here, just gets my head calculating, estimating~ I can see it as plain as day~ I KNOW WHAT IT TAKES, I GET IT, I'M BONIFIED BABY!!! :craz

Ain't it the truth! Should be more like, come take it off my hands for free and it would still cost a fortune to restore!

HOLY COW!! I think that there's one too many zero's in that price!! :$$$

Wll thank goodness that the car for sale has "all of it's original parts". It would be a shame if there was actually something on the car worth saving.... besides that 30 year old aftermarket Grant steering wheel.

Congrat's on your newfound abilities Dne'.... just don't let them get you in trouble. Having the ability to quickly calculate "what it would take to resurrect" usually leads to the purchase of "basketcase #2". LOL

That guy is a dreamer!! I'm wondering if I can see over $12k for my '66, and pretty much every single part in the car, except for the wiper motor has been replaced.
