Is it ok to use "reusable" grocery bags?

No offense to anyone who carries one of those bags around, but down here it just ain't going to fly, even if it had skull and cross bones, guns and beer on it. You would be fighting something off, but it wouldn't be ladies by any stretch of the imagination.

Abe, that would be great to have at swap meets, it's been a PITA for me sometimes carrying small loose items.

Dave, hard as it may seem, it's possible he simply does not care for your manly company and is hiding behind the lady's skirt instead of telling you straight-out and incurring a justified beating.

Hey you should use the grocery bag, just when you are shopping throw the bags into the shopping cart. You don't to be carrying around unless you are type not to get a shopping cart and just fill the bag while you shop. I use the reusable bags all the time. I don't really care what other people think anyways. My reusable bags say Mustangs at the Queen Mary. Nobody cares what is written on the bags.

Sometimes there is an incentive for bringing a reusable bag into the grocery store. Where I work at TJ's if you bring in a bag you get entered in a drawing to win a $20 gift card. Since we start doing that 3 years ago we went from nobody using a bag to now everybody using one. I laugh at the fakers all the time, it's hard to pick up on the ladies when they are shopping. Unless you have a great line or have a nice suggestion to compliment the bottle of sweet wine they are buying don't bother. Working there and trying to pick up the ladies is a whole lot easier. :rofl

The best reusable bag I have seen was when I opened the bag and the guy had a penthouse magazine in it. He completely forgot about and wonder where it went. :rofl
