Yeah that would be bad. Gotta keep the momma happy. Luckily for us my wife was pregnant during the winter. She is normally always cold so she was comfortable for a change.

Deb can't handle the house any cooler. She has some freaky blood flow disorder that causes her to get cold very easy.
It's all the damn drugs you keep her on as discussed earlier today. I don't know her but I sure feel sorry for her.

+1 Worked well that way.

I'm such an energy wasting, American pig. I've got mine set for 73 on both levels...and still spend most of my time in the basement where it is an easy 5 degrees cooler. :bowdown

I could never sleep in a room that was as warm as some of you guys have it set.

67 degrees in San Francisco, 74 degrees at my house which is about 30 minutes south of SF. I just hate it. :yah

Could someone identify Mark for me? Is he the one wearing the blue t-shirt?

During our 100+ day (note day) a few weeks ago I tried to turn the a/c on...didn't work...to hell with it. The evening cooled down to 70.

Lately have to wear a light jacket in the morning......damn its bad here. :sarc

Oh and the winter is about the same. :yah

In fact, it was soooo hot yesterday, the dog tried to convince me to go to the lake....even stole my board shorts and tank top.

Option A = 100+ summer

or

Option B = -20 with blowing snow drifts in winter

Option A wins everytime!

Option A = 90's to 100+ summer (August)

or

Option B = 50's to 70's fall winter and spring

I hate the month of August or Option A :confu

You forgot Option C = pay ridiculous taxes and put up with horrendous traffic and crowds. Oh and nutjobs, whackos and fruitcakes.

Option D= 90-100* summers (just a few 100* days), winters with maybe 6 inches of snow, but plenty of days in the 60-70 range, low taxes, easy access to everything, fewer nutjobs.

Wait. That's all a lie, you people stay away from the Carolinas.

You can tell when it is really really hot when the trees start chasing the dogs...

Where I was living in CA is 112 today, 110 tomorrow and nothing lower than 80.

Where I am the high is 88 and low is 57 all week.

Where I work the highest day in 10 days is today and I am off at home. 104 and the lows are in the low 70s.

So, I think I am willing to trade some 6-12 inches of snow a year for these temps. Besides I can always go South during the winter if I get tired of the snow.
