Life is getting better!

I can understand Kat...I don't mind dealing with my kids. However, at the old church I got suckered into teaching the 3 and 4 year old Sunday school class for a while...longest year of my life.

I wasn't going to say anything, but watching toddlers? I'd last about, oh, 30minutes max! I watch my 2.5 y/o grandaughter a couple times a week, and I'm useless for a couple days after she goes home! I LOVE MY LITTLE grandaughter! I think the turnover rate for daycare workers is about one year to two years~ in your case :craz Yes, working for a vet would be much more rewarding! Personally, if you can stay home, do so!

I'm going to stick to what I know.. working at a vet clinic.

How's that working out for you? Maybe I missed something, but hasn't the search for a vet clinic job.... that fits into your demanding schedule... thus far been unsuccessful?

Maybe it's just me, but a bird in the hand is usually worth two in the bush. In other words, I'm thinking you should've stuck it out with the toddlers until the two bush thing came along.

Congrsats! I have been fingerprinted and have fingerprinted many people. Heck I even fingerprinted myself and SWMBO....

Heck, I even have a CII number in CA. Mine starts with an "A" so that means that if they want info someone must actually go in the basement and pull the paper file to get info.

Have fun and I am happy you will be able to work on Gert!

Vet in my club has job openings. Toddler room wasn't going to work anyway no matter what. There's more to it than just changing my mind about not wanting to work with little kids.
Its not so much finding one that fits my schedule.. its more of the fact its hard to get to work with one car and two working adults. Gert can't be driven daily, and probably won't ever be a DD and the way things are going.. I'll probably have to sell her anyway (but keep my dash cluster!). :cry

You should try putting some ads up and see if someone would want to trade for a newer model. Maybe a decent Fox body or something...
