looking for convertible owners

my 2009 convertibel has a problem, I believe the top does not go down as far as it should. I have looked @ others on line & they all seem the same but i would sear to it that this top sat lower in the well. the dealer says it is fine & i can not find anyone else mentioning it anywere.
can you check yor top & let me know if it sits about flush with the tops of the headrests or does it sit higher or lower?
