I have been chasing a weird feeling in the front suspension since I got my car back on the road, and honestly it always felt like loose lug nuts. I pulled the wheels, checked the disc brakes, wheel bearings, torqued the lugs with a torque wrench, everything kept checking out ok.
Today I pulled the wheels yet again and noticed just how loose the lug hole openings are on the wheels compared to the standard 1/2" lug.
I then noticed that the beveled area where the lug nut seats against the wheel is a lot larger than the beveled area on the lug nuts I'm using.
Thus the question, is there specific lug nuts I should be using with these wheels?
I'm using the 2002 Bullit wheels with spacers, but regardless of the spacer, once torqued I shouldn't have any issues with that.
