While you are still home , take the car for some short trips and check the rear ends temps.
You need to give the third member some time to " settle " I guess.
I got a third member from TJ (ebay) and it did make some noise to first 60 mls.
After that the noise went away and all is good ( for now ).
I did take a magnet and placed it beneath the thirth member on the axle housing.
