Mcleod Hyd throwout bearing

Anyone using one on a early mustang? I was first lookign at the DIY hydraulic clutch setup, then looked into the JMC kit, but since the slave cylinders are next to impossible to get for either, the next option looks like it may be the Mcleod hyd throwout bearing kit. Any feedback?

I've never run one on a classic, but have one on my Jeep. Pretty simple to install/operate. Richard Sewell is using one in his S/C 427/TKO600 SuperSnake and hasn't had any problems with it.

Well, Heck if there is one in an E car, I need one for mine....... ~bd

Actually if it can hold up to a SC 427 I think it'll work in mine.... Now the silly question. I looked at the Mcleod website they have slip on and bolt on, is one better than the other? The bolt on only list one model for the T-5 (Borg warner) where as the slip on list two for T-5 (again, Borg-warner) My T-5 is the newer one built by Tremec, is there a difference? I guess I had better give them a call, huh?
