Mi Pueblo's Carne Arrachera

Yesterday, swung by my favorite Mexican market to see what I can belch on. They had just put out a fresh batch of their infamous Carne Arrachera, aka marinated flank steak. At $5.98/# I had to pick up a couple pounds of it. Being so thin, it took very little time to BBQ it. Chopped it up afterwards for upcoming salads, snacks, etc.

Looks so good, love that place.

Finally found a place in my town called tres sierras close to Mike's brothers place. They get their beef from Harris Ranch, probably actually donated meat from LA County pound. LoL
