Thanks Abe - and I agree, not bat for a 9 year old girl. She is very pround of the fact that she can weld. None of her friends can yet.

Daddy teaches welding, momma teaches spelling.

(pretty mad welding skillz she has, very impressive)

I am impressed.
This means now , that this topic comes to an end . ?
Why ? Because now , there are dudes, that don't dare exposing their welding skills

And there are welding dudettes like Ermalyn who love showing their welding skill.

If you ask Ermalyn how to get good at it she says " practice " - so practice and make another sign.

I think she's gonna make another one, or a frog .

My 6yr old boy JD wanted to get in on the action. Here is his first weld ever. He was scared of the popping sound the welder made but he did OK. I'm so proud.

Hey John,

Since Jeremy is never going to get off his butt and come here to help me with my welding any chance I could borrow your kids for a couple days?

Can't wait to start teaching Stefan how to weld. I swear I will shed a tear or two.

:wtf

The boys are always bugging me to try the welder but I haven't had anything that I needed to get the welder out for lately.

They're 10 this past June so I might have to get some scrap metal and let them give it a go.

Ben helped me drill out holes when I was replacing the fender apron a while back. He enjoyed it and they like to help me with the cars though sometimes they are more of a hindrence then help.

They've been too busy with baseball lately to help me much.

Maybe next time it's a day when we don't have anything to do and they are driving me crazy we'll get out the welder for a few lessons.

At some point, I need to drop the gas tank out and patch up one bad spot in the trunk floor of the TA but waiting for it to get cooler out.
