
I'm sure I have posted this before, but damn! I love this recipe. Here we're using recently caught rock cod by the Mrs. but you can also use Filet of Sole, Snapper or any thin white fish.
1. Saute finely chopped green onions in butter and olive oil. Add a wad of capers. Stir, stir, stir.
2. Coat each filet of fish in flour and add to pan of onions and capers.
3. Stir, stir, stir.
4. Flip fish
5. Stir, stir, stir.
Cut off heat and let it sit while you get your $hit together with rice, green beans, whatever.
Enjoy.
