2) ?

9) Power Steering Control Valve
10) Power Steering Cylinder
11) ? Exhaust Hanger
12) ? Exhaust Hanger
13) Underdash Fresh Air Vent
14) Exhaust Hanger
15) Upper Dash Trim
16) Cowl Repair Parts
17) ?
18) Part of A/C Cover for Firewall (and unknown circular part)
19) Battery Tray
20) Remaining parts for A/C Cover (see 18)
21) Throttle assembly which mounts to firewall
 
#4,5,6: coil spring cover - goes on over fender apron below fender.
#8: battery tie down bracket
#11,12: exhaust hanger
#13: fresh air vent, driver's side
#14: exhaust hangar
#16: looks like fresh air vent lips - for repair purposes
#18: circular doo-dad looks like emergency brake wheel
#19: battery tray
#20: A/C grommets at firewall
#21: I think that is your tranny kick-down assembly
 
#18 looks like it goes in the center of the spare tire/wheel for the hold down wing nut. and 17 is a torque box.
 
2 and 3 look like whats left off of some grinding wheel, or abrasive disk. I could be wrong though... Its been known to happen.
 
7 Is an expansion valve for the A/C. the u shaped clip holds the bulb to the suction line on the evaporator.

17 is the lower half of a torque box.

Or a polishing wheel that goes in a drill chuck.
 
In the blue tote in photo 10 with the PS ram cylinder are a couple more parts:

Brake Light Switch
Master Cylinder Pushrod

Also, be careful with the two pieces of upper dash trim shown in picture 15 as I believe they're still not being reproduced.
