Actually more hesitant than anything. I've already decided if I have one more problem I'm yanking the engine/tranny out, getting rid of it and starting a fund for a dressed out 347/AOD with warranty. The car will again sit for years. Ryan, I was taking your advice on the 1.7s but I was on the tech line with many questions and when I got to cs I rattled off the 1.6 p/n. We'll see what happens.
 
If you figured the head/valve combo with the 1.7's in mind, why not send the 1.6's back and get the right ones?

Will the change create problems? I'm thinking if it was the reverse it would, but I'm not sure. Hopefully someone engine build inclined will chime in.
 
The 1.6's aren't necessarily the "wrong ones". Initially I had planned for the 1.6's and during discussion Ryan brought up the 1.7's.
