New seats into an old car?

I have a line on some 2005 Mustang seats I would like to transplant into the '67. The only thing that makes me nervous is that the seats apparently have airbags that are part of the side impact airbag system in 2005. Anyone know if 2005 seats had airbags installed in them? If I decide to use the seats and they have airbags, is there an easy way to remove them before I install the seats?

If there is a tag on the upper outside seams of the seat back, there is most likely a bag inside. If the bag was a side curtain type in the car, it should be labeled on the car interior.

My understanding is that the 2005 and up seats have different frame sizes than all the previous years and are much more difficult to transplant.

Here's a link i found about the swap.http://mustangforums.com/forum/classic-mustangs/521551-07-gt-seats-in-a-66-a.html
my brother inlaw has a 2007 ,an we were measuring the seats the other day to see how they would fit. It dosn't look to far off. he has a v-6 car with no power ,an the bottom to the top of the seat is about the same as the 66 seats (minus the side bolsters) I really like the style of the new seats 05-2011 much better than the 94-04 . TMI is now making the pony and standard seat covers for them that match the earlier cars.
