NHTSA and Possible New Car Regulations

NHTSA, after the congressional hearings on Toyota, is considering regulations that whenever the brake is applied, it will over-ride the accelerator pedal. Sounds pretty good at first...

But consider: how will anyone be able to burn a little rubber on the road? Or perform heel and toe shifting on the track?

That also means that all the old, retired two footed drivers will never be able to go able to go anywhere.

and you just bought a new car too :eek:mg

.....which means I will not be bothered by that change and can continue to drive with as many feet as I can get to working at one time....... :lol
