Sounds like fairly specific parts to relist on CL, I think he's installing them for a resell of the car with upgraded parts maybe. There's got to be a fraud charge he can be hit with since it went across state lines? I'd check with the DA's office in Stockton, he's probably on their list, maybe this'll put him to the top.
