Overhead console vs ceiling panels install sequence

On a 67 fb, does it matter which is installed first? Getting close in being able to install the ceiling panels and just hope that I wouldn't have to remove them to install the overhead console at a later date.

It does not matter if the panels go in before or after the console.

You got the brackets in before the headliner so, you are good to go.
