I have been receiving emails from Pioneer and talked to the rep Yesterday. He sent me this email today
Dear Craig,

The staff from Pioneer Car Audio has selected your vehicle as a Pioneer Muscle Car Ambassador for the upcoming Hot Rod Power Tour!
this is the list of goodies they will install
Hot Rod Power Tour / Pioneer Muscle Car Ambassador Parts Line-Up

*DEH-P5200HD (CD, built-in HD radio

*USB/iPod input (front)

*GM-D9500F (4-ch amp)

*GM-D7500M (sub amp)

*TS-A1302C (5.25" mid + 1" tw component front speakers)

*TS-A6993R (5-way 6x9" rear speakers)

*TS-SW251 qty 2 (10" shallow component subwoofers)
They will install the stuff June 8th at the Bowling Green venue and video tape and photograph the install for advertising. I have to drive around with a Pioneer sticker the rest of the tour...
No cost to me but they can use the images and video, I think it's a fair trade.

That Pioneer sticker will look good thru the steam of over heating.................

Congrats.

Sounds like a good deal, unless at the end of the tour you have to give it all back.

Hey pete, that was a huge :nk :10 :lol :lol

thanks Pete :cry

And I hope I don't have to give it back!

Craig you lucky bastage :vic can't wait to see this next time we meet up.

The really nice thing to me is that you know they will set it up properly for sound and placement, adjust the amp, etc. to a professional level. I am installing a pioneer head unit, polk speakers and amp but have no idea how to set the switches etc. to get the best sound.

Definitely need to put a video up now and see if the audio overpowers the exhaust notes...
I think I am going to have to do Jon's alternator upgrade or I won't hear either!

You better stop posting and start modding.....radiator, alternator.......gotta clean the car.....and who knows what else.

I have been busy! I repacked the wheel bearings, changed the oil & filter, greased the suspension, found and installed a mechanical fan, cut holes in the cowl, made a new fuel filler for myself!, washed and waxed the car, put rainX on the windshield, started packing tools and other supplies...

Congrats Craig!! Make sure to post up the pics and details of your cruising.
