Poor mans alternator spacer

I used copper pipe one time. Painted it the color of the engine. Worked good and it looked ok painted.

Good idea Craig and for the other 8"....you may want to ask your wife it is ok to ship it out....Hehehehe

I tend to look around the garage for spacer material, I always have something hanging around that will work.

I used a 1/2'" deep socket to match my chrome alt.
