Radiator Hoses

Im putting my radiator in this weekend and I need to get hoses. Here is my issue. I have a 1966 Coupe, and the Engine I put in is a 302. The waterpump has the LH outlet and I got the radiator to match. If I go to a local parts place, they will punch in my car and of course that engine combo doesnt come up, so what do I tell them I need. I know I can drive up to NPD and get what I need but I am trying to save myself an hour drive.

You could always take a coat hanger or baling wire and make it as needed. Take it into the parts store and find one that's close.

The Thermostat housing is closer to 45 degrees. The upper radiator outlet is 1 1/2 inches. The lower outlet and waterpump are 1 3/4.
 
You may be able to use a stock upper rad. hose for the upper hose. See if the parts store will let you bring it back if it doesn't fit.

I wouldn't count on that. NPD is a great vendor, but you're in need of a conversion part, not a "stock" part. The information provided about the Bronco II lower hose is correct and a popular conversion piece.
 
I'm using NPD's 8B274-7A on Shag which has a LH snout on both the pump and lower radiator. Otherwise try asking for a mid 80's Lincoln town car. You will have to trim off excess. No matter what hose you pick, please make sure you install a lower radiator hose spring to help prevent it from collapsing.
