Hey everyone, how's things?????? I'm going t pull her out of winter storaage and I have one thing to ask..I stored her with an empty gas tankfor 3-4 monthes, I fired it up about 2 monthes ago for a little while. anything I should worry about?? Thanks.......

I've found a fun way to get rid of those pesky flat spots.......................big, long, smokey burnouts. Take a break, rotate the tires and repeat!

Wouldn't hurt to change the oil. Cheap insurance. You might want to put summer air in the tires too.

Maybe that is why I can't get the bugs worked out of my car. I still have winter air in the tires! :lol

You guys typically change the oil after a car sits for a little while, no?

Warm up car, change oil & filter, then go do the burnouts!

I just assumed everyone changes the oil after winter hibernation :doh

IMHO, it is far better to store your car with a full gas tank that has had a bottle of Stabil added to it and driven at least 10 minutes after the Stabil was added.

Gas can start turning bas in this time period... leading to carb rebuilds, etc. Cheap insurance in my book.

P.S. Check all the fluid levels, change the oil if it has been 6 months, and have fun!

We've had so much salt on the roads around here that I want it to rain for 40 days and 40 nights before I even think about driving the vert. We're going to visit the BIL in MS next week. Maybe when we get home on Easter weekend.....

+1. The salt on the roads makes we wait more than just the weather warming up.
I try to wait for a couple of good rainstorms to wash the roads off too.
