Back to the hospital today in ICU. Just hasnt went well since coming home mon. Waiting for the doc to come in but has pneumonia & some infection causing fevers of over 101...

Will be watching this thread Steve, with some antibiotics in him they should be able to get the fever down and address the pneuomonia. Hoping this is a short stay, then back home to finish recouperating.

thanks. was a really bad day today. no pneumonia. they have determined he has blood clots in both legs & are leaning towards clots in his lungs. kidneys arent functioning correctly, possibly congestive heart failure & they want to do a CT of his head to see if he may have had a stroke. they cant do that until they get the kidneys figured out first. he did recognize me a couple times today, but spent most of his time between the 50's in florida & the 70's when he owned the ford dealership. hit the nurses button twice & told them to bring a lincoln & mercury around, that he had the paperwork ready...we'll see what tomorrow brings....
 
Really sorry to hear things aren't going well. I hope he gets better soon. We will keep praying for you all.
