A BIG thanks to Kbmwrs for helping me on Sunday in preparing Shag to become road worthy so we can go to MITM in two weeks. Here's a couple interior shots I took tonight after working on the turd for most of the day. This next weekend is lots of driving before the following MITM weekend.

Yes, door panels, arm rests, etc yet to go......but in good time.

Looks great Craig! So how is the fit and finish on the shifter boot trim? I'm seriously considering one for my 65

Being as thick as the bezel is, the tolerance is very tight. So if the threaded holes in the tunnel are tweaked just a tad then getting the bolts threaded into place can be a challenge but it worked for me.

That's looking real good Craig, must be feeling pretty good to be almost done.
But not Finished, as they never are.

Very sweet! I love when an old car "looks" stock, and then you start looking around and realizing that little things all over the place are better than stock. The seat covers, the shifter boot, how pristine the dash is, Yes even the steering wheel! ...Shag's looking way better than when it rolled off the assembly line! Just wish you hadn't removed that groovy carpet! :lol

Looks good. It looks like Mr. Truck has kicked off his wheels and drums in protest over the time spent on Shag.

Mr. Truck knows that I am finishing up with Shag so he's starting to show me areas that need attention. Actually, I'm having the rear end rebuilt.
