Show Us Whatcha Got!

Here is my Fox-Body Mustang. It is an '89 GT with 21,000 original miles. Still has the original Gatorback tires. Bought it new in October of 1989.

Looks pretty sweet, any spec's on the motor?

I'm no expert, but I'm thinkin' you'll like that setup :steer

I see headers, shorties? cats, no cats? is it gonna be loud an nasty or are you thinking stealth... I love the ball and socket on mine. I can't even count the different configurations I've used. I've found that I like it on the louder side, but can swap some ultra flows on in about 30 minutes to pass MA inspection. lol

Should be good for 500-600 hp I believe...good enough for getting groceries!
Here's the info on the exhaust...looks like I need some muffler.
I don't plan to run cats.
New Mac 1-3/4" Equal length long tube headers - Jet Weld Coated
New Mac 3" Pro Chamber H-Pipe
New Mac 3" Cat back with chrome tips

So, what's left to do to it? looks like the Vortech needs to be installed.

Who gets a car that close and doesn't finish it?!?!?! :wtf

I know, right :shrug
The rest of the story is, he's been working on this project for about 3 years and just really doesn't have time for it.
And he was fortunate enough to get a really nice bonus at work this year so he's just going to buy himself a new Boss or something he can just jump into and start having a blast.

Well here's the rest of the goodies that came with the deal

Custom AODE built by Ross House <300 miles
3,000 stall
B&M shifter
Aeromotive Competition Fuel System #11101
Aeromotive Rear Sumped/Baffled Fuel Tank
All stainless braided flow lines
New stainless brake lines - both sides front to back - not installed
Dual piston front caliper upgrade
New brembo rotors - Front & Rear
Lakewood 50/50 race shocks in rear with Eibach Drag launch springs & airbag
Steeda Adjustable Upper control arms
Pro3i Lower control arms
New Canton Oil Pan
New Flaming River Quick Ratio Manual Steering
New Flaming River Steering Shaft
New Ford Racing Aluminum Drive Shaft
New Accufab 75mm Throttle body
New AJE Tubular K Members & A-Arms with Coil overs
New MM Caster/Camber Plates
17" Cobra wheels with good Nitto rubber
Pro Stars with Mickey Thompsons front & Rear
ARP Bolts & Studs throughout

Most of it's installed so it's just alot of the little things like brake lines, modifying the driveshaft, installing the radiator, ignition, and then getting the thing running with the programmer.
A huge plus is that it's original Recaro interior is in great shape.

It's going into storage for awhile while I rebuild the motor in my 67 but it was just such an awesome deal on a car that I love to begin with that I had to snatch it up.
