Shrimp sandwich & Fried pickles

Sauteing some chopped up shrimp for a yummy cold sandwich using toasted french bread.

Finished product accompanied with deep fried pickle slices using a beer batter mixture.

Actually the recipe is called Shrimp Rolls. Here's the recipe. We just swapped the loaf of French bread for already sliced.
