is it me or does John look just like Steven King (albeit a GIANT SK)?

WTG Randy and John! Congrats to Craig too.

This place has really gone upscale since the rif raff were canned :beer

I had a great time Friday night. It was nice to meet Randy, and also John (Opentracker). Thanks for dinner, John. And thanks Craig for picking me up at the train station, and thanks Abe for the ride home.

The weather was beautiful Saturday morning for our cruise to Alice's Restaurant. We had a great breakfast near the "Group W" bench, and continued our drive to Half Moon Bay.

Hope you had a good flight home, Randy.

Frank

Sorry I have not been been more available the last few days to post. My internet connection in LA sucked and so does posting from the phone.

I got home last night about 10:00 PM local time and sacked out. Slept in this morning and then fired up the mach to go get some breakfast. Weather looked kinda crappy so I did not stay out long. Ate breakfast and watched BJ auction.

My schedule in LA was super tight so I did not have much time to do personal things. I did get to sit down with Chris (Blu67) and have some lunch. It was an awesome visit and I thoroughly enjoyed his company. Thanks for coming out Chris!

My business wrapped up Friday and I caught a flight from LAX to SFO. Craig picked me up at the airport and we went back to his shop to meet up with Mike then headed over to Abe's for some kick ass Chili and Cornbread. We checked out Fred and BSed for a bit then went back to Craig's shop to meet up with Jeff, Mark and Abe. While waiting for them to show we hung out at the Ferrari shop next door. Once we were assembled we went over to Auto Vino to check out the cars and wine operation there. Then off to Justin's house on the way to dinner. While at Justin's we had time to admire his car. (you need a new sig pic Justin....poke poke....and hurry up and finish it already)
From Justin's we headed out to dinner where John (opentracker) and Abe's wife (a little later) joined up.

Saturday morning we did the cruise up to Alice's for breakfast. (no banjos to be seen)
During the visit I rode in each of the Mustangs and Mark's truck. It was cool to be able to ride in each and experience the personalities of each car.

I was far too busy yakking and soaking up the Mustangs to take any pics. Frank hooked me up with a "sequentially correct" black plate for my mach which was born and raised in California. It lived in LA until around 96 then came here and went on stands in 99/00 until 07 when I brought it home.

I had an awesome time and am really glad I took the extra day to make the side trip.

Thanks for a great time guys! I appreciate the time you guys gave up from your lives to hang out with me.

I'd like to note that the 225.00 Dollar COTY prize was joint effort between StangFix, Classic Recreations and Opentracker. Thanks Jason and John!

Very coll. Congrats to Craig on the COTY. And many thanks to Sluggo & the fix crew, Classic Recreations & Opentracker - this is part of what makes this place special.

Something is going on here. Sitting down at the table, we all look normal ( well, normal for us).

The last photo of us with the check looks a little odd. I know I'm tall but dang, that's way tall.
