Smoked Pork Shoulder

Smoked a Pork Shoulder with Bad Byron's Butt Rub on it. Also cooked a butternut squash, cous cous and tossed salad. Pork was cooked at 260 deg for about 3 hours until internal temp got to 170.

I forgot to take a picture. If there is any remaining when I get home tonight, I'll snap a pic.
