Speedometer clip

There is a clip on the speedometer cable, kinda looks like a fuel line clip. Anyone have a picture or an idea where or how it mounts? This isnt the bracket that holds the speedometer into the trans. I have a feeling that it mounts somewhere near the e-brake stuff.

You can see it hanging down in the picture (before it was connected to the gauge or trans)

Mine mounts on the d-side inner fender, dangerously close to my headers. In fact, it came loose for a while and let my speedo cable rub on a header tube, burning a nice hole in it.

I have one that goes on the frame rail, but its bolted on. This one is like the fuel line clips, sorta.
