Spending Spree!

Total height is a bit over 6'. With almost any drill press, the work is below eye level. Not even close to sitting down.
 
We've got several Grizzly products in our shop (Mill, lathe, English wheel, etc...), and they are very nice! If anyone is within driving distance of one of their stores, they have an annual tent sale at each one where they sell scratch/dent items, or things with missing parts. If you know much about what you are buying, you can save a TON of money--that's how we've bought most of our stuff. In addition to the scratch/dent, they also have new tools and accessories on sale from other brands. Picked up an 18v DeWalt cordless for cheaper than you can buy a set of batteries a couple years ago. The sales are in the summer (I think it's in June for the one in Springfield, MO).
