Ditch the Ford logo and slope the back of the stripe to fade into the wheel well arch. Like how the front is angled to the headlight bucket.
And the 'Twisted' is a great idea.

I did a redneck test of the rear wing on my 84GT years ago. Took it off, stuck my cousin in the back and told him to hold the rear hatch up (with his legs) as I accelerated. Got up above 110 before he couldn't hold it open anymore.
Put the wing back on and at 75 ish, he could not hold it open any longer.

I like the idea, but I'd put the Ford first then Mach 1. The Twisted is the crowning touch.
