A Program Manager alwasy used to go a a local grocery store when he traveled on business. I think he was in Alabama and bought a small can of pork brains. He stored his findings on his credenza and he and I would discuss them when meeting. One day I noticed the pork brains were gone and I asked him where they went.
He told me the can stsarted to swell up so he tossied before a big mess occurred.
