"Sacbill" said:One piece of business wisdom I got many years ago from a friend was to not put your own name in the business, even if it's your own company and you're the only employee. he came up with a fictitious name and even bought a portrait from some old geezer's estate and put the name on the frame...as if the guy in the portrait was the founder.
The concept is that you build the goodwill of the business in the corporate name...then you can sell it when it comes time and there's not the stigma of the goodwill coming just from the name of the owner. That actually sounds like a selling point for someone who might be interested in one day buying your business.
In a nutshell, I'd suggest a business name that doesn't reflect the fact that it's "Chris."

Yes. I really like the logo and the way the " B" is a V8 logo. Tells about what I do. The side letters could change but in order to keep balance they should be the same letter. Or I incorporate another letter into the logo like an "I" for illustration...."blue65coupe" said:Remember, he wants to keep his logo. CBC

Chris...nothing against Todd....but you really need a faster web site update. All of your new work is going unseen except for a few. Just my opinion."blu67" said:I just didnt think it would be an issue but now I am rethinking that now that I have been doing more and more work and want to grow my business name.
