We bought a house!!!

Congratulations!! I can't wait to have a stable enough job / life that I can get my own place to really call my own. I am constantly eyeballing stuff here in Austin.

Found this place on a good area and it's away from a school and major streets on a 1/4 acre of land. We are so excited right now. The best part I don't need to do any upgrades, they are already done. Congrats David n Jen! I too am in the midst of Escrow on an acerage on 15 acres. Huge shop (100 x 40). I can’t wait to move in n start ‘conducting my experiments ‘
