Welcome Arto65FB

Hello new and old friends

I noticed that there were a lot guys from VMF here and decided join.

Relevant info of me
First car I bought was 1965 Fastback, that was 20 years ago. I have been having fun with it since. I have no intention to sell it ever. I have met great people both live and through the net.

Relevant info of my 65FB
Originally A-code from San Jose imported to Finland in 1989. When I bougth it, it was a toyish drag car wannabe. Six-cyl front springs and two packs combined in the rear, that is 7-leaf packs. Air shocks rear, on non-functional front shock. Ford 4.57 rear gears. Locked advance in dizzy.
Current
289 .030 with slightly ported heads will be replaced by 342 with AFR185, Stealth, Canton 7qrt pan, mildest cam that lets engine survive 10.7 CR, first iteration is TFS1
Toploader dreaming of T56, will probably try T5 first
9" 3.25 rear with very tight Traklok
SorT strut bars (thanks Shaun for real customer service, seven years after purchase :thu ), Opentracker spring perches (also thanks for working through payment, shipment etc.), TCP rack bought onsite 2001, 620 springs, Konis at second softest will tighten to third, MC and export brace, local design 1 1/8" front bar with adjustable heim joints
Maier Racing adjustable Panhard and rear bar, dreaming of 3rd link, too soft 4 leaf springs and Konis at their softest
This not a race car, no cage, it's a track day car.
