Welcome Tim801

Thanks for the welcome.

My name is Tim Peterson, I'm 17 and my addiction has been started over the last year with a 1967 coupe I6 3 speed manual. Me and my dad purchased the car a day after my 17th birthday August 27Th 2012 from a family that had the car since the late 80's and the car sat for 19 years in the same spot until I bought it. The car has been a father and son project for me and my dad to work on together. We have done a little bit at a time as money allows me to do it. I purchased the car for $1400 and have been working to pay for parts as I can. We have completely redone the front end, suspension, interior, and I am starting to work on the body work and paint now. I will be attending the Fabulous Fords Forever show this year. Another member David told me about the forum.
Can't wait to get to talk to everyone and hear their stories!

Happy car addict,
Tim

Sounds a whole lot like my first Mustang 40 years ago. If you are at Knott's in 2 weeks make sure you are in the "center area" at noon for the group shot. Usually near the stage where they are playing the music.

Welcome to the Fix Tim.

Sounds like a great project. Nothing better than a father son project. :thu

Start a build thread and take lots of pictures. We are a very visual bunch.

Thanks for putting up a few pictures of it for me. Do you have to upload picture through the computer or can you upload through a iPhone? Once I figure it out I'll post quite a few pictures from start to now.
