We got the Lexus back yesterday... and didn't the extra $. 
bj We paid them what we owed to get the titles back and got the paper telling the towing company to release the car. We're also having the after hours reclaim fee of $25 the towing yard charges billed to the loan place. :thu We thought about asking for reimbursement of the rental car as well, but we just don't feel like dealing with it. Besides, my sebring is broke (brake hose busted behind the passenger front wheel) so it doesn't hurt to have the rental. Main thing was them not trying to charge us for their screw up and us get car back. We pick up the titles to the Lexus and Gert on Saturday. I swear.. never again will we deal with those places.
