After I experienced that delightful episode for the second time, I decided soda and ice cream were not that important. Now it's water, Kool-Aid and a little coffee and beer thrown in for kicks.
I have NO desire to ever go through that again, I'd rather break bones before passing stones.

I've got that all figured out already. Duh....
Since getting the D. Pepsi habit, to reduce my chances of developing the ugly side effect of the increased liklehood of developing kidney stones..... I increased my smoking to 2 packs a day and stopped all forms of excercising, well, except for chores and sex.
I figure I'll be dead long before I pass a kidney stone.
Problem solved!
