What do I have to look after when changing to an aluminum radiator?
I mean , do I need some other parts to prevent erosion in the cooling system?

I would simply flush the heater box and motor after you remove the old radiator. After you have installed the new radiator, run 80% distilled water, 20% coolant and a bottle of water wetter.
