What have I done to my house? Paid it off!!!

If you ever miss making those payments, let me know.

I just refinanced my loan to get rid of the mortgage insurance, and reduced my payments by about $90/month. A house down the street virtually identical to mine just sold for $105,000 more than I paid for mine.

Congratulations to you both.

Congrats, you do know that now the house will settle and crack, that AC will go out and you'll need a new roof right?

Mike,
I'll send you my mortgage co's address so you can continue your monthly habbit.

Congrats mike!

We only had 10 years left on our last house, until we decided to move. Now another 20 to life.

Well at least or mortgage is the only payments and debt we have.

Since Mike lives below the local reservoir, I would think the risk of flooding due to the dam failing is a more likely!!

I owe a Mustang on this house. Been here 23 years...

fd
me too! well, at least part of a mustang. if i finished mine & sold it, i could pay off whats left on the house & have some left over. it's getting close enough that i can almost smell the smoke from the mortgage burning party.

Just wondering...do you get like a title or something like a car or just a satisfaction of a lien ??

Paid mine off about 9 years ago. I still have to pay my property rent bill every year so the county doesn't take the house.
