What have I done to my house? Paid it off!!!

Congrats. Just don't let any of your co-workers know. Believe it, or not people get really jealous of people who own their stuff, and have really low debt.

I learned that lesson early. Now I tell everyone that I'm living from paycheck to paycheck if I'm ever put on the spot.
 
Congrats Mike and Joanne. No small accomplishment here in the Bay Area. I hope to have mine paid off in the next 10 but worse case the mortgage will be paid off at 55. Nice nest egg. .
 
We have one more quarter to go, college tuition, then a new car payment. Wife wants an Escape or Edge.
