what's your cooking specialty?

My specialty is cheesecake. I get requests for them all the time. I even was paid a few times. I don't like to make them much anymore because I am getting to the age where it ends up making my spare tire bigger.

Growing up my Mother owned a bakery. I learned alot about sweets.
Ill post my gigantic Cinnamon rolls in a few weeks. These things weigh about 2 pounds each.
