Window regulators

It's possible more than just lube will be required. If the mechanisms involved have been under lubricated for any amount of time, I'm sure that at minimum something may have been nudged off due to increased forces at work or more likely some wear has occurred allowing it to run slightly askew causing binding.

The rollers are cheap enough you may as well pick up a set and replace them. If you find out you do need to replace the regulators what better time to upgrade to a power window set-up? I love the systems from Nu-relics, for what its worth. I'd re-skin the track as well if pulling things apart.

Damn Federal regulators and associated Regulations...always restricting what one can do.
Wait! There are Federal regulators in the doors? Next thing you know they'll be keeping tabs of all of our phone calls or something! :guns
