Anyone else with problems getting on Vintage Mustang Forums?

I just tried to get on that site and I was told that I was using the wrong password, so I requested a new password. It asked for my e-mail address and then reported that they had no record of that address. I tried re-registering with my old name, ragtop, and was told that there was already a ragtop registered (which I believe is me). I've been on that forum for a lotta years since my son bought his '69 SportRoof back in 1994. I even found my '69 convertible on their for sale section back in 1998. What's up with that site? Has anyone else had similar problems?

I stopped going there a few months back because it would seem to lock up my computer every time I visited. Then, a couple weeks ago I got an email saying that it, and a couple of other Mustang sites, had been hacked and that I needed to change my passwords.

Had the same problem and emailed them.. Looks like they got hacked and users passwords posted online somewhere. They changed everyone's password which forces you to do a lost password. In my case, I had an old work email that I don't have access to which had me emailing the webmaster to help out.

KBMWRS What did the moron say today?

Yeah I also had problems there.:p But I can log on with no problem now.o_O

Well isn't that special. I can't log in anymore either. I don't have access to my email on record so I guess I'm outie instead of innie .

I really like my new found friends at StangFix, but have to disagree. The ads suck, but at VMF you can search ANY topic and find info. For for lively discussions, StangFix is the place to be!
