tarafied1's 65 Coupe

Maybe, she really wants a Black 07 Shelby GT with silver stripes. What ya asking for the Bullitt?

It's part of my Dads estate, the lawyers have it inventoried at 24k but I told them I thought it a bit high. Could probably get close to 20k. Car is down in Fla right now. Was my Dads Toy so its got like 30k miles and fully loaded. 5sp nav etc.. I'll be flying down to get at some point soon. kip

Worked on the right frame rail some more today. The more i look at it I think i am going to put the whole 68 clip on their.

The outer frame rail is pretty solid on the driver's side. I'm going to try and keep it attached

I cut off all the rot from the inner frame rail

Ran out of Oxygen on the gas axe. I'm going to look into some big tank rental. These little ones don't last long. I guess this is a good stopping point for today.

then the StangFix drag car can run a Big Block!!! but really maybe I will someday build a stroker out of the 351W I have... for now it's SBF!

Now your talking. Drop those T/W heads on that 351w and you'll have enough torque you'll think you have a big block in there. :peter

yeah! that's not in the budget right now though

the 351W is a bone stock 77 smog motor... no money to build a stroker. the CR is pretty low stock and it's not a rollor cam block. If I build it I'm going BIG! 427W!!!

I have all the 68 suspension, except the spindles. The 65 have different steering arm geometry IIRC, right?

I didn't get much time to work on the car but i did cut out part of the firewall on the 68 to use as a patch for the 65
